COPYRIGHT
Photographs are an art form, the creation of which involves vision, skill, artistry and effort. As such, photographs (both digital and printed) are protected by United States Copyright law. Unauthorized copying, printing or duplication of photographs is in violation of this law and affects a photographer’s livelihood, reputation and ability to continue to produce high-quality artwork. Copyright of all images by Thomas Roemischer Photography remains with the studio and they may not be reproduced in any form without his express written permission. This includes printing from home printers or from photo labs, photocopying, scanning or otherwise copying digital or printed photographs, emailing or including digital photographs within other digital files, and otherwise sharing and distributing digital or printed images in any unauthorized manner. The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author (creator) of the photograph the exclusive right to copy, edit, and distribute image by sale or transfer. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Be sure to discuss your copyright needs or questions with your photographer; reasonable requests may be accommodated.

PRIVACY POLICY
The policy is such that families are only allowed to purchase images/files of their own family. For privacy reasons, if you wish to share or publish any photograph(s) and/or digital file(s) (eg., on your personal social media accounts) you have purchased from (TRP), you must have the consent of all identifiable individuals in that photograph(s) and/or digital file(s). Once you place your order with TRP, you assume full responsibility for the use of the purchased photograph(s) and/or digital file(s) by you and/or any third parties once they have been downloaded or otherwise supplied.

PHOTOGRAPHIC ORDERS
Because Photographs, Fine Art Albums, Fine Art Image Boxes, Session Boxes, Folios, Canvases, Frames and Greeting cards are a custom purchase, reprints can only be issued in the case of damage. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of original order. Fine Art Album, Fine Art Image Box and Session Box take 6 - 8 weeks to produce.

COLOR VARIATION
Please note that the colors of photographic prints, album covers, Session Boxes, Folios, Canvases, Frames & Greeting cards may vary slightly from the online proofs due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and the inherent nature of the printing process.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are redeemable for products and services. Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates expire one year from order date.

DIGITAL FILES
Due to the nature of digital files, Thomas Roemischer Photography (TRP) is unable to give exchanges or refunds for any supplied files.
You are prohibited from any of the following:
• Selling the images.
• Altering the images.
• Using the images for any advertising or contest.
• Redistributing the images, in any way, for profit.

INVOICE
The invoice lists all the pictures delivered to the Client using the image number as a unique reference. The picture are presumed to have been received in good condition unless the Client notifies Thomas Roemischer Photography in writing of any discrepancy or error within 14 days of receipt.
